1. Grade Pay for ALP's- Rs. 2800/-
2. KMA-rates to be as per RAC formulae - Rs. 283/- per 100 KMs.
3. Negotiation to loco runningmen at levels.
4. Compulsory weekly rest.
5. Ban on over time. Max. Duty hours to be as per international standards 37 hrs. a week - UK.
6. Compulsory Break in duty of 30 minutes every 04 hrs. of duty considering continuous classification under HOER.
7. Safety organisation to be headed independently by a retd. high court judge.
